Election Commission: With 87.23% of Tally Sheets Processed, Progressive Bulgaria Leads with 44.6%, Second Is CC-DB with 13.5%

These initial figures are based on the processing of 87.23% of the tally sheets by the section election commissions, which were then compiled at the constituency election commissions as of 9:00 am on Monday. According to the Election Code, the CEC is mandated to announce the total votes received and the subsequent distribution of seats among political parties and coalitions no later than four days following the election day.

Furthermore, the names of the elected Members of Parliament are scheduled for announcement within seven days after the election. These polls constituted the eighth parliamentary election in Bulgaria since 2021. The preliminary data provided by the commission offers an early indication of the electoral outcome.
