In the recent parliamentary elections held in North Macedonia, data compiled from various polling sections revealed the voting patterns among the Bulgarian diaspora. According to tally sheets gathered from the Bulgarian Embassy in Skopje, as well as consulates in Bitola, and sections in Strumica, Ohrid, and Prilep, a total of 463 votes were cast by Bulgarian citizens. The vote distribution among the participating political parties showed Progressive Bulgaria securing the highest number of votes, tallying 160 ballots.
The second-place finisher was Continue – Democratic Bulgaria, which garnered 91 votes. Vazrazhdane placed third, receiving 63 votes, while GERB-UDF secured 61 votes in the count. These figures provide a snapshot of how the Bulgarian electorate participated in the Macedonian political process.
The comprehensive collection of these results, drawn from multiple consular and diplomatic points across North Macedonia, helps track the political engagement of the Bulgarian community abroad.
