Dimyat Hotel Varna Welcomes Guests with Fully Renovated Thermal Zone

Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna has reopened its renovated thermal zone, according to the hotel’s manager, Vanya Atanasova. The facility underwent comprehensive upgrades, including replacements of the flooring, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Atanasova noted a significant increase in demand for wellness services since the pandemic, observing that interest is growing among Bulgarian guests as well as international visitors.

To meet the demand for pre-work relaxation, the hotel extended its opening hours to begin at 7 a.m. Furthermore, water aerobics classes have resumed, with the first sessions starting at 7:30 a.m., drawing attendance from local residents. The hotel’s saunas and fitness amenities continue to attract numerous guests, alongside utilization of the relaxation area and adventure showers.

While the center features an ice fountain, its maintenance has presented challenges due to limitations in flake ice generator production. Atanasova highlighted a broader trend: increasing public awareness regarding preventive healthcare. This heightened focus is also visible among business travelers, who are increasingly utilizing spa services, particularly when those services are integrated into the accommodation price.

Separately, BTA promotes the Bulgarian spa sector through its “BG SPA: Salus per aquam” feature, which covers over 200 certified SPA, wellness, and medical centers across Bulgaria. This initiative is connected to the HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT, Europe’s leading health tourism event, scheduled for May 11–13, 2026, in various Varna locations, with BTA serving as the main media partner.
