SANTE SPA Hotel provides a comprehensive range of services focused on relaxation, recovery, and preventive healthcare. According to Angel Vargov of the hotel’s marketing department, the complex utilizes mineral water beneficial for treating disorders of the nervous, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory system. The thermal zone features water reaching temperatures of up to 48°C.
The spa centre offers an oriental hammam, various massages, and therapies utilizing cannabis oil, alongside high-end facial cosmetic procedures. Facilities within the spa area include Finnish, herbal, and infrared saunas, a steam bath, and a salt room. Guests also have access to an indoor mineral pool, a children’s pool, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor pool with a dedicated children’s area and a year-round warm plunge pool.
For medical support, the hotel features a physiotherapy centre equipped with modern devices, where procedures are conducted under specialist supervision, and an on-site doctor’s office is available. Accommodation comprises 140 units, including rooms, studios, and apartments. Dining options include signature cuisine at the a la carte restaurant, complemented by a lobby bar, pool bar, a pastry space, and a nightclub.
The complex also houses a conference centre with multifunctional halls suitable for corporate events, training, and cultural gatherings, with the largest hall accommodating several hundred people and featuring modern technical amenities. In recognition of its quality, the hotel received two awards in 2025: Best Mountain SPA Hotel and Best Five-Star Event SPA Hotel. BTA reports on certified spa, wellness, and medical spa centres across Bulgaria through its “BG SPA: Salus per aquam, Health Through Water” feature, which covers over 200 facilities.
This initiative supports the upcoming HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT in Varna, Sts. Constantine and Helena, Golden Sands, and Albena, where BTA will serve as the main media partner.
