In the recent parliamentary elections held in Moldova on April 19, Progressive Bulgaria and Vazrazhdane secured the highest number of votes from Bulgarian citizens, according to data processed from 92.70% of the tally sheets submitted by section election commissions. Progressive Bulgaria emerged as the leading party, tallying 344 votes, which represented 37.43% of the total votes cast. Vazrazhdane followed closely behind, accumulating 327 votes, equating to 35.58%.
The election results covered ten voting sections established across Moldova, specifically in locations including Chisinau, Taraclia, Varnita, Vulcanesti, Cairaclia, Cahul, Comrat, Corten, Tvardita, and Ceadir-Lunga. In total, 1,015 Bulgarian citizens cast their votes in these sections. Other political groups also received support.
Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria placed third with 62 votes (6.75%). GERB-UDF garnered 49 votes (5.33%), while Velichie received 45 votes (4.9%). Further support was registered by There Is Such a People with 31 votes (3.37%), and BSP – United Left secured 20 votes (2.18%).
