Bulgaria Wins Most Votes in Greece Voting Sections, Preliminary Results Show

Progressive Bulgaria secured the highest number of votes among political parties in the recent snap parliamentary elections held in Greece, according to data published by the Central Election Commission. As of 8:00 AM on Monday morning, the commission reported figures from 95.74% of the processed tally sheets. The data indicates that 2,061 Bulgarian citizens residing in Greece cast their votes for Progressive Bulgaria.

The second-place position was secured by the Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria coalition, which received 889 votes. GERB-UDF followed with 404 votes, while Velichie garnered 344 votes. Further support was recorded for Vazrazhdane with 293 votes, MECh with 285 votes, and Siyanie with 102 votes.

The BSP – United Left received 68 votes. In addition to the listed parties, a total of 53 voters opted for the “I do not support anyone” option. These figures represent the current tally of votes cast by the Bulgaria diaspora in Greece.
