Dimyat Hotel Varna Welcomes Guests with Fully Renovated Thermal Zone

Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna has reopened its renovated thermal zone, according to the hotel’s manager, Vanya Atanasova, speaking to BTA. The upgrades included replacing the flooring, air conditioning, and ventilation systems across all facilities. Atanasova noted a significant rise in demand for wellness services since the pandemic, a trend now observed among Bulgarian residents as well as international guests.

To meet increased local interest, the center’s operating hours have been extended to begin at 7:00 a.m. Consequently, instructor-led water aerobics classes have resumed, with the first sessions commencing at 7:30 a.m. Many local residents are utilizing these services before their workday.

The hotel’s saunas and fitness amenities continue to attract a steady stream of guests. Atanasova also highlighted the continued use of the relaxation area and adventure showers, while mentioning maintenance challenges with the ice fountain due to reduced flake ice generator production. She attributed the growing interest to a heightened public awareness regarding preventive healthcare and overall wellness.

Furthermore, business travelers have increased their utilization of spa services, particularly when these amenities are incorporated into the accommodation package at the Dimyat hotel. BTA reported on certified SPA, wellness, and medical SPA centers across Bulgaria in its “BG SPA: Salus per aquam, Health Through Water” feature, which covers over 200 establishments. This initiative is associated with Europe’s leading health tourism event, the HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT, scheduled for May 11–13, 2026, in Varna, Sts.

Constantine and Helena, Golden Sands, and Albena. BTA will serve as the main media partner for this event.
