The launch event is set for Monday, April 20, at the St St Cyril and Methodius School in Koprivshtitsa, coinciding with the Day of the First Gunshot. Director General Kiril Valchev noted that the issue synthesizes discussions held at BTA’s national press clubs and in the four revolutionary districts.
He emphasized that while the uprising faced setbacks, its ultimate outcome was Bulgaria’s freedom. Journalist Boyko Vassilev framed the conversation around the uprising as a dialogue relevant to modern Bulgarian identity.
