Guests can choose from diverse massages, such as deep-tissue, aromatherapy, and volcanic stone, alongside specialized treatments like chocolate and red wine therapies. Facilities include an indoor heated pool, sauna, steam bath with panoramic views, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a 24-hour fitness centre. For families, the hotel features a new children’s play area with entertainment and an indoor garden housing local fauna.
During warmer months, an outdoor semi-Olympic pool and a dedicated children’s pool are available. Accommodation ranges from rooms and apartments to Alpine lofts, all offering views of the Pirin Mountains. Culinary experiences are offered across two restaurants, blending traditional Bulgarian cuisine with international flair.
The hotel also provides a lobby bar, a tennis court, and conference facilities. The overall aim, according to hotel representatives, is to offer guests a fulfilling and peaceful retreat combining physical and spiritual restoration with diverse activities. Separately, BTA reports on its initiative, “BG SPA: Salus per aquam, Health Through Water,” which features over 200 certified spa and wellness centres across Bulgaria.
This initiative is connected to the HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT, scheduled for May 11-13, 2026, in several Bulgarian locations, with BTA serving as the main media partner.
