SANTE SPA Hotel offers a comprehensive range of services focused on relaxation, recovery, and preventive healthcare. According to Angel Vargov of the hotel’s marketing department, the complex utilizes mineral water that supports the treatment of disorders affecting the nervous, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory system. The thermal zone features water reaching temperatures up to 48°C.
The spa center provides an oriental hammam, various massages, and therapies utilizing cannabis oil, alongside high-end facial cosmetic procedures. Additional amenities include Finnish, herbal, and infrared saunas, a steam bath, and a salt room. Guests can access an indoor mineral pool, a children’s pool, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor pool with a dedicated children’s area and a year-round warm plunge pool.
For specialized care, the hotel includes a physiotherapy center equipped with modern devices, where procedures are supervised by specialists, and an on-site doctor’s office is available. Accommodation consists of 140 units, including rooms, studios, and apartments. Dining options feature signature cuisine at the a la carte restaurant, supplemented by a lobby bar, pool bar, pastry space, and nightclub.
The facility also houses a conference center with multifunctional halls suitable for corporate, training, and cultural events, with the largest hall accommodating several hundred people and equipped with modern technical facilities. The establishment received recognition in 2025, winning the Best Mountain SPA Hotel and Best Five-Star Event SPA Hotel awards.
