The global wine scene has relocated to Sofia for Discover.Vino 2026, which is currently taking place at Hall 3 of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) on Friday and Saturday. This seventh international vino exhibition concentrates on the world’s diverse wine regions and the individuals who represent them. According to the organizers from DiVino, attendees can engage directly with winery representatives and wine experts who will discuss the origins of the wines.

The event is accessible to the public from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, and from 12 noon to 9 p.m.

on Saturday. Discover.Vino 2026 presents a curated selection, centering on wine origin as the defining source of style, character, and identity. Over two days, visitors can explore the breadth of global wine regions in one location, learning how climate, soil, and tradition influence a wine’s style, and comparing different terroirs through guided tastings.

The show also highlights emerging wine tourism destinations. The exhibition serves as a platform for both connoisseurs and industry professionals seeking in-depth knowledge and authenticity. It facilitates direct interaction between importers, the public, and industry stakeholders.

HoReCa industry representatives, sommeliers, and traders can sample new brands and vintages, exchange knowledge, and speak with winery representatives visiting Bulgaria for the event. For general visitors, it offers an opportunity to discover new selections, expand their knowledge, and purchase wine onsite. The program also features masterclasses designed to deepen understanding of global vino, complemented by a dedicated zone offering food, delicacies, coffee, and desserts between tastings.
