41st Flora Burgas Exhibition to Open on May 1 Dedicated to Giro d’Italia

The 41st Flora Burgas flower exhibition is scheduled to open on May 1. According to Flora Exhibition Centre Manager Miroslava Argirova, the event will adopt a theme centered around the Giro d’Italia 2026. Argirova stated on Thursday that the number of traditional art installations prepared for this year’s flora exhibition will be doubled compared to previous years.

She confirmed that over 100 participants from across the country are expected to attend, including various distributors of flowers and garden equipment. In alignment with the spirit of the cycling tour, the first stage of which will run from Nessebar to Burgas on May 8, the exhibition will showcase floral compositions that emphasize an active lifestyle, movement, and cycling. Argirova added that thousands of plants will be displayed within the trade areas.

The event is set to feature a wide array of horticultural displays coordinated with the themes of physical activity and outdoor pursuits. The increased participation and thematic focus are designed to enhance the visitor experience while celebrating the connection between nature and active travel, as highlighted by Argirova. The preparations aim to make the 41st Flora Burgas exhibition a significant gathering for the horticultural industry.
