According to Angel Vargov of the hotel’s marketing department, the complex utilizes mineral water beneficial for treating disorders affecting the nervous, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory system. The thermal zone features water temperatures reaching up to 48°C.
The spa centre offers an oriental hammam, various massages, and therapies incorporating cannabis oil, alongside high-end facial cosmetic procedures. Additional amenities within the spa area include Finnish, herbal, and infrared saunas, a steam bath, and a salt room. Guests have access to an indoor mineral pool, a children’s pool, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor pool with a dedicated children’s area and a year-round warm plunge pool.
For specialized care, the hotel features a physiotherapy centre equipped with modern devices, where procedures are supervised by specialists, and an on-site doctor’s office is available. The accommodation comprises 140 units, including rooms, studios, and apartments. Dining options include signature cuisine at the a la carte restaurant, complemented by a lobby bar, pool bar, pastry space, and nightclub.
For corporate needs, the complex includes a conference centre with multifunctional halls suitable for events and training, with the largest hall accommodating several hundred people and equipped with modern technical facilities. The hotel received two awards in 2025: Best Mountain SPA Hotel and Best Five-Star Event SPA Hotel. BTA reports on certified spa, wellness, and medical spa centres in Bulgaria through its BG SPA: Salus per aquam feature, covering over 200 facilities.
This initiative supports Europe’s leading health tourism event, the HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT, scheduled for May 11-13, 2026, in Varna, Sts. Constantine and Helena, Golden Sands, and Albena.
