Drone Attack on Odesa Region Leaves 13 Injured

Reports confirm that the Odesa region experienced a large-scale drone attack overnight, resulting in at least 13 injuries, according to officials from the Odesa City Military Administration. The assault targeted multiple areas within the city, reportedly striking residential buildings and general civilian infrastructure. Damages were reported across various sectors, including apartment blocks, a hotel facility, and several passenger vehicles.

In response to the overnight drone attack, emergency services and medical teams are currently deployed to the affected sites. Operational headquarters have been established to coordinate aid and provide necessary assistance to the population impacted by the strikes. According to official census records, Bulgarians constitute over 150,000 residents in the Odesa Region, representing the third-largest ethnic group in Ukraine as of 2001. Within the city of Odesa itself, the Bulgarian population is estimated to be between 50,000 and 60,000 people. The largest concentrations of the Bulgarian population are situated in the districts of Bolhrad, Izmail, and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.
