Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax recently received two awards for 2026 in the category of retreat tourism, according to the resort. These accolades were presented at the Spring Travel Soare forum, organized by Travel & LifeStyle Magazine with support from the Tourism Ministry. The awards include a placement among the top 50 best retreat destinations and first place for the best retreat destination in Bulgaria for 2026.

The facility’s water zone features bio-pools with underwater music, a Dead Sea salt pool, a jacuzzi, and hydro-massage amenities.
Guests can also utilize two outdoor pools during the summer season. For wellness, the thermal zone provides a Finnish and infrared sauna, a steam bath, and a salt room for halotherapy. An innovative service is the cryosauna, which subjects the body to temperatures as low as minus 160°C to stimulate recovery and vitality.
The spa centre further offers hydrocolon therapy administered by medical specialists, alongside various facial and body treatments, including aromatherapy and anti-aging programmes. The resort also provides specialized facilities for younger guests, such as a heated pool purified via ultrasound and electrolysis.
