Dimyat Hotel Varna Welcomes Guests with Fully Renovated Thermal Zone

Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna has reopened its renovated thermal zone, according to the hotel’s manager, Vanya Atanasova. Atanasova confirmed that the facility underwent comprehensive upgrades, including the replacement of flooring, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. She noted that the increased demand for wellness services has been significant since the pandemic, attracting not only international visitors but also a growing number of local Bulgarian guests.

In response to high interest, the center has extended its opening hours to begin at 7 a.m. Water aerobics classes, led by an instructor, have resumed at 7:30 a.m., drawing many local residents before their workday. The hotel’s saunas and fitness amenities continue to attract a steady flow of visitors, alongside the relaxation area and adventure showers.

Atanasova emphasized that the rising interest in preventive care reflects a broader public awareness regarding good health. Furthermore, business travelers are increasingly utilizing spa services, particularly when these amenities are integrated into the accommodation package at the hotel. While the facility features an ice fountain, its maintenance has presented challenges due to limited flake ice generator production.

The overall trend suggests that wellness is becoming a key component of travel and local lifestyle. As part of the broader industry context, BTA highlights Bulgaria’s extensive network of certified SPA and wellness centers, exceeding 200 locations. This industry focus is linked to the upcoming HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT in Varna in 2026.
