Dimyat Hotel Varna Welcomes Guests with Fully Renovated Thermal Zone

Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna has opened its renovated thermal zone for guests, according to the hotel’s manager, Vanya Atanasova. Atanasova confirmed that the facility underwent comprehensive upgrades, including replacements of the flooring, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. She noted a significant rise in demand for wellness services since the pandemic, a trend now seen among both international visitors and local Bulgarian guests.

Responding to this increased interest, the hotel has extended its opening hours to begin at 7 a.m. Water aerobics classes, led by an instructor, have resumed with sessions starting at 7:30 a.m., drawing numerous local patrons before work. The sauna and fitness areas continue to attract a steady flow of visitors, while the relaxation area and adventure showers remain popular amenities.

Atanasova highlighted that the growing interest in preventive care underscores a heightened public awareness of overall health. Furthermore, business travelers are increasingly utilizing spa services, particularly when these amenities are incorporated into the accommodation package at the hotel. While the center features an ice fountain, its maintenance has presented challenges due to limited flake ice generator production.

In the broader context of Bulgarian wellness tourism, BTA reports on the country’s extensive network of certified SPA and medical centers, which exceeds 200 facilities. This industry focus is linked to Europe’s major health tourism event, the HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT, scheduled for May 2026 in Varna.
