The Grand Hotel Knyaz Pavel is undertaking a significant expansion of its spa centre in Pavel Banya, according to General Manager Georgi Paunov. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of the year and aims to increase the complex’s overall capacity. The newly developed section will incorporate several amenities, including an adventure trail, a salt room, a storm room, a Himalayan sauna, an ice room, and infinity pools utilizing mineral water.
The hotel maintains a license for mineral water usage, and its medical centre is certified to provide a comprehensive range of rehabilitation treatments. Paunov stated that this capability allows for the management of various conditions, such as degenerative joint diseases, peripheral nervous system disorders, post-traumatic issues, post-surgical recovery, and rheumatological diseases. The medical centre operates with specialists in physical and rehabilitation medicine, neurology, kinesiotherapy, and rehabilitation, overseen by Dr.
Miroslav Minev. The facility utilizes modern physical therapy, including hydrotherapy in a specialized pool, multi-functional hydro-massage tubs, and various kinesiotherapy and thermotherapy procedures. The spa centre also features a Kneipp path, a saltwater jacuzzi, steam baths, a Turkish bath, and multiple saunas.
In addition to wellness services, the hotel recently completed the construction of a second conference hall and renovated the existing one, boosting its event capacity to 400 people to support conference tourism.
