Valchev referenced excerpts from Zahari Stoyanov’s Notes on the Bulgarian Uprisings, emphasizing that effective leadership must be proactive, free from personal ambition, and capable of guiding followers away from despair.
The BTA organized these discussions in multiple centers, including Giurgiu, and plans to continue them in international locations such as Bucharest, Belgrade, and Odesa. The commemoration has involved tributes at memorial sites and the presentation of specialized publications by the BTA.
