Grand Hotel Therme in Banya attracts visitors with its mineral-rich water and mountain atmosphere. The expansive hotel complex, covering over 6,000 sq. m., is noted as Bulgaria’s largest spa center, Pulse Therme Banya.
The facility’s thermal zones offer a variety of wellness experiences, including an ice room, contrast areas with steam baths and shock pools, a hydromassage pool, and multiple types of sauna, such as bio, honey, infusion, and Finnish panoramic sauna. Guests can also utilize a Vichy shower, combining massage with warm rainfall. Additional amenities include a salt room, the Volcano pool, a Kneipp path, and the Cleopatra Room.
The hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools, including the “Starry Sky” pool with light and sound effects. The complex continually enhances its offerings, recently hosting a Sauna Fest featuring international expertise. For recreation, the newly added Therme Fun & Sport Park spans over 25 decares, providing activities like a rope park, jumping tower, karting, ATVs, and horseback riding, alongside nature walks and a zoo corner.
Grand Hotel Therme has received several accolades, including SPA Hotel of the Year and Building of the Year. The facility is part of BTA’s initiative, “BG SPA: Salus per aquam,” which highlights over 200 certified spa centers in Bulgaria. This initiative is connected to the HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT in Varna, Sts.
