SANTE SPA Hotel offers a comprehensive range of services focused on relaxation, recovery, and preventive healthcare. According to Angel Vargov of the hotel’s marketing department, the complex utilizes mineral water beneficial for treating disorders affecting the nervous, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory system. The thermal zone features water reaching temperatures up to 48°C.
The spa center provides an oriental hammam, various massages, and therapies incorporating cannabis oil, alongside high-end facial cosmetic procedures. Facilities within the spa area include Finnish, herbal, and infrared saunas, a steam bath, and a salt room. Guests also have access to an indoor mineral pool, a children’s pool, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor pool with a dedicated children’s area and a year-round warm plunge pool.
The hotel features a physiotherapy center equipped with modern devices, offering procedures supervised by specialists, with an on-site doctor’s office. Accommodation comprises 140 units, including rooms, studios, and apartments. Dining options include signature cuisine at the a la carte restaurant, complemented by a lobby bar, pool bar, pastry space, and nightclub.
For corporate needs, the complex boasts a conference center with multifunctional halls suitable for training and cultural events, with the largest hall accommodating several hundred people and equipped with modern technical facilities. In 2025, the hotel received two accolades: Best Mountain SPA Hotel for 2025 from the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and SPA Tourism, and Best Five-Star Event SPA Hotel for 2025 from the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association. BTA highlights these certified spa, wellness, and medical spa centers in Bulgaria through its “BG SPA: Salus per aquam, Health Through Water” feature, which covers over 200 facilities.
