The proceedings will commence at 11:00 AM with a ceremony held at the National Defence College. The academic session proper begins at 1:00 PM in the Rectorate of Sofia University, where historians are set to present discussions across two dedicated panels. Additionally, a poster exhibition focusing on the April Uprising, authored by Asst.
Prof. Vladimir Terziev, will open in the Sofia University Rectorate foyer at 1:45 PM. The day’s activities conclude at 5:00 PM with the unveiling of the exhibition titled “For the Freedom of a Nation” at the National Library.
