The 41st Flora Burgas flower exhibition is scheduled to open on May 1. According to Flora Exhibition Centre Manager Miroslava Argirova, the upcoming event will adopt a theme dedicated to the Giro d’Italia 2026 cycling tour. Argirova informed BTA on Thursday that preparations for this year’s exhibition include an increased number of traditional art installations compared to previous years.
She confirmed that the event anticipates participation from over 100 domestic entities, including suppliers of flowers and garden equipment. In alignment with the spirit of the cycling tour—whose first stage is set to run from Nessebar to Burgas on May 8—the flower exhibition plans to showcase floral compositions emphasizing active lifestyles, movement, and cycling. Argirova noted that the trade areas will feature thousands of various plant species.
The management anticipates that the thematic focus will guide the design and presentation across the entire venue. This annual flora exhibition serves as a significant regional trade platform, attracting numerous industry professionals and enthusiasts interested in horticultural products and decorative design inspired by outdoor activity.
