The upgrades are expected to include a new ice room addition to the existing renovated facilities, which encompass salt rooms, steam baths, and saunas. DianaMar functions as an extension of the Avicenna Medical Centre’s services in Pavel Banya, building on its previous development at the Markoni Balneo Hotel.
Paunov noted that the facility was among the first in the south-central town to offer high-level balneological services approximately ten years ago. The design draws inspiration from established European balneological resorts, such as Baden-Baden and Vichy, aiming to structurally improve the complex with innovative techniques. The facility’s team comprises specialists in physical and rehabilitation medicine, with operations coordinated by Dr.
Miroslav Minev. All procedures adhere strictly to medical standards and utilize specialized equipment. Services offered include hyperbaric oxygenation, cryotherapy, focused high-intensity EMSELLA therapy, and focused shockwave therapy (FSWT).
