Bulgaria and Vazrazhdane Lead Vote Count in Moldova Based on 92.70% of Tally Sheets

In the recent parliamentary elections held in Moldova on April 19, the political landscape for Bulgarian citizens was reflected in the voting results. Data compiled from 92.70% of the processed tally sheets indicated that Progressive Bulgaria and Vazrazhdane garnered the highest number of votes. Progressive Bulgaria secured 344 votes, representing 37.43% of the total recorded votes.

Vazrazhdane followed closely, receiving 327 votes, or 35.58%. The election saw a total turnout of 1,015 Bulgarian citizens across ten established voting sections located in various Moldovan localities, including Chisinau, Taraclia, and Ceadir-Lunga. The remaining votes were distributed among several other parties.

Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria obtained 62 votes (6.75%), placing third. GERB-UDF received 49 votes (5.33%), while Velichie garnered 45 votes (4.9%). There Is Such a People secured 31 votes (3.37%), and BSP – United Left registered 20 votes (2.18%).

The detailed tally of votes underscores the strong participation of the Bulgarian community in Moldova. These figures provide a quantitative overview of support for various political entities among the Bulgarian electorate during the election cycle.
