Bulgaria Wins Most Votes in Greece Voting Sections, Preliminary Results Show

Progressive Bulgaria secured the highest number of votes among political parties in the recent snap parliamentary elections held in Greece, according to data released by the Central Election Commission. As of 8:00 AM on Monday, the commission reported figures based on 95.74% of the processed tally sheets. The data indicates that 2,061 votes were cast for Progressive Bulgaria by Bulgaria citizens residing in Greece.

The second-place position was held by the Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria coalition, which received 889 votes. GERB-UDF garnered 404 votes, followed by Velichie with 344 votes. Other parties recorded votes including Vazrazhdane with 293, MECh with 285, Siyanie with 102, and BSP – United Left with 68 votes.

Additionally, 53 voters opted for the “I do not support anyone” option. These figures reflect the preliminary count of votes cast by the Bulgaria diaspora in Greece during the election. The Central Election Commission website provided this breakdown, detailing the voting patterns among the Bulgaria community in the country.
