Progressive Bulgaria secured the highest number of votes among political parties at the recent snap parliamentary elections in Greece, according to data from the Central Election Commission. As of 8:00 AM on Monday morning, processed tally sheets indicated that Progressive Bulgaria received 2,061 votes from Bulgaria citizens residing in Greece. The election results, reported via the commission’s website, show the distribution of the votes cast by the expatriate community.
The second-place position was held by the Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria coalition, which garnered 889 votes. GERB-UDF received 404 votes, followed by Velichie with 344 votes, Vazrazhdane with 293 votes, and MECh with 285 votes. Smaller parties included Siyanie with 102 votes and BSP – United Left with 68 votes.
Furthermore, the data revealed that a total of 53 voters opted for the “I do not support anyone” option. The figures reflect the voting patterns of the Bulgaria diaspora in Greece during the snap elections.
