As of 10:00 AM on Monday, the preliminary data reflects the processing of 91.68% of the available tally sheets from the section election commissions across the various constituencies. These initial figures indicate which political parties and coalitions have successfully crossed the mandatory 4% electoral threshold.

The CEC operates under specific mandates regarding the finalization of the electoral process. According to the Election Code, the Commission is required to formally announce the total votes received and the resulting distribution of seats among all participating parties and coalitions no later than four days following the election date. Furthermore, the names of the elected Members of Parliament must be officially declared within seven days of the election.

This election marks the eighth parliamentary poll in Bulgaria since 2021. The preliminary processing of the vote tally by the various local and regional commissions is crucial to establishing the final composition of the legislature. The ongoing work of the commission is designed to aggregate the results from every polling station to ensure an accurate and verifiable count.
