The spa centre at Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko occupies a 1,200 sq. m. area and provides a diverse array of treatments administered by qualified professionals, according to Kempinski The Spa manager, Kostadinka Vishanina.

The management noted that the high standard of service is a key attraction for both hotel guests and external visitors. The spa team comprises Bulgarian and Thai therapists, alongside specialists from Indonesia and Ukraine. The facility also incorporates seasonal expertise, including Ayurveda therapist Suraj Varma, who visits during the peak winter season, and two Portuguese specialists focusing on acupuncture and therapeutic Thai massage.

Amenities at the spa centre are extensive, featuring a thermal zone with heated indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, and a seasonal outdoor pool. Further facilities include luxurious treatment rooms, a Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, sanarium, infrared cabin, adventure showers, a deep digital relaxation zone, a designer aroma steam bath, a laconicum, an ice fountain, a fitness centre, and a snow room. In terms of products, Kempinski The Spa exclusively uses Ligne St.

Barth boutique cosmetics, alongside N8 products for molecular skincare treatments utilizing pure natural ingredients, and collaborates with the French brand Thalgo.
