The spa facility is equipped with an indoor swimming pool, a children’s pool, and three aquatonic pools, making the hotel a desirable destination for event organizers, according to Desislava Dzhurova, a sales and reservations manager. The spa offers extensive services including classic and aroma steam baths, infrared, Finnish, and Himalayan cedar saunas, a hammam, a salt room, a spa capsule, and a salt and flotation capsule. Amenities also include an adventure shower, a Vichy shower, a hydromassage bathtub, five treatment rooms, a relaxation zone with heated loungers, and a panoramic terrace.
The pool water is mineralized with salts and purified using ozone filters. The aquatonic water is noted for not irritating the skin and for its ability to leave skin feeling soft and hydrated. The complex features various hydromassage options, such as waterfalls and hydro jets.
A highlight is the flotation capsule, which contains magnesium salts to promote deep relaxation and aid in the absorption of minerals through the skin for muscular and joint relief. Furthermore, the hotel’s location on the banks of the Yantra River in the city center has an approved project to develop the riverside into a pedestrian zone. This plan includes building a new outdoor infinity pool and revitalizing the daytime bar with views of the Asenevtsi Monument and the Art Gallery in Tarnovo.
