.Vino 2026 Brings Wine World to Sofia

The global wine industry is converging in Sofia for Discover.Vino 2026, an international exhibition taking place at Hall 3 of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) on Friday and Saturday. Marking its seventh edition, the event centers on exploring the world’s diverse wine regions and the cultures that define them. The exhibition provides attendees with direct access to winery representatives and wine experts who will discuss the origins of their vintages.

DiVino noted that the focus remains on wine origin as the primary source of style, character, and identity, showcasing everything from classic European terroirs to emerging destinations across the globe. Over the two days, visitors can immerse themselves in the spectrum of wine regions, learning how local climate, soil composition, and tradition shape the final product. Curated tastings allow for direct comparisons between different terroirs, alongside opportunities to discover developing wine tourism markets.

Discover.Vino 2026 serves as a key platform for both industry professionals and connoisseurs seeking depth and authenticity beyond simple tasting. The event facilitates direct interaction between importers and the public. Industry members, including HoReCa representatives, sommeliers, and traders, can sample new brands and exchange knowledge directly with international winery representatives visiting Bulgaria for the show.

For the general public, the event is an opportunity to expand knowledge and acquire wine selections. The program is further enriched by masterclasses designed to deepen understanding of global wine styles, complemented by a dedicated zone offering food, delicacies, coffee, and desserts throughout the proceedings. The event runs from 2 pm to 9 pm on Friday, and from 12 noon to 9 pm on Saturday.
