41st Flora Burgas Exhibition to Open on May 1 Dedicated to Giro d’Italia

The 41st Flora Burgas flower exhibition is scheduled to open on May 1. According to Flora Exhibition Centre Manager Miroslava Argirova, the annual event will feature a theme dedicated to the Giro d’Italia 2026. Argirova also announced that the number of traditional art installations prepared for this year’s exhibition will be doubled compared to previous years.

She confirmed that the event anticipates participation from over 100 entities across the country, including various distributors of flowers and garden equipment. In alignment with the spirit of the cycling tour, the first stage of which is set to run from Nessebar to Burgas on May 8, the flora exhibition will showcase floral compositions themed around an active lifestyle, movement, and cycling. Furthermore, thousands of plants are expected to be displayed throughout the trade areas of the exhibition.

Miroslava Argirova emphasized the integration of the cycling theme into the overall presentation of the flora. The preparations aim to create an immersive experience that reflects the energy and movement associated with professional cycling events. This year’s focus suggests a strong connection between horticulture and active pursuits, drawing significant participation from the industry sector.
