41st Flora Burgas Exhibition to Open on May 1 Dedicated to Giro d’Italia

The 41st Flora Burgas flower exhibition is scheduled to open on May 1. According to Flora Exhibition Centre Manager Miroslava Argirova, the annual event will feature a theme dedicated to the Giro d’Italia 2026. Argirova noted that this year’s exhibition will showcase double the number of traditional art installations compared to previous years.

She confirmed that the event anticipates participation from over 100 entities nationwide, including suppliers of flowers and gardening equipment. Reflecting the spirit of the cycling tour, the exhibition’s focus will be on compositions that emphasize an active lifestyle, movement, and cycling. Furthermore, thousands of various plants are expected to be displayed within the trade areas of the flora exhibition.

The timing of the exhibition coincides with the first stage of the Giro d’Italia, which is set to run from Nessebar to Burgas on May 8. Miroslava Argirova stated that the floral presentations will align with this theme, offering displays inspired by an active and dynamic way of life. The event aims to be a significant gathering for the horticultural industry, featuring extensive plant displays alongside the thematic focus on cycling and movement.
