Grand Hotel Knyaz Pavel is undertaking a significant expansion of its spa facility in Pavel Banya, according to General Manager Georgi Paunov. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of the year and is designed to increase the overall capacity of the wellness centre. The new sections will incorporate additional relaxation rooms, a salt room, a storm room, an adventure trail, a Himalayan sauna, an ice room, and mineral water infinity pools.
The hotel operates with a medical centre that is certified to provide a comprehensive range of rehabilitation treatments, leveraging its license for mineral water use. This allows for the management of diverse conditions, including degenerative joint diseases, peripheral nervous system disorders, post-traumatic issues, post-surgical rehabilitation, and rheumatological diseases. The centre is staffed by specialists in physical and rehabilitation medicine, neurology, kinesiotherapy, and rehabilitation, and is managed by Dr.
Miroslav Minev. The facility’s therapeutic offerings include hydrotherapy in a specially designed pool, multi-functional hydro-massage tubs, kinesiotherapy, thermotherapy, and physical therapy. Amenities feature an outdoor pool heated to 32°C, a 36°C multi-purpose indoor pool, and a relaxation area equipped with a Kneipp path, a 36°C saltwater jacuzzi, and various saunas.
